We are looking for a Power BI Analyst who can help transform complex data into meaningful reports that support dossier progression, billing, and hour registration.

Beyond data visualization, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing internal procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and highlighting areas that can be automated to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to ensure our reporting tools keep up with the fast-paced demands of our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards for management reporting.

✅ Extract, transform, and model data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

✅ Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to translate business needs into meaningful reports.

✅ Diagnose internal procedures to identify inefficiencies, redundant processes, and opportunities for automation.

✅ Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions.

✅ Optimize Power BI performance, ensuring reports are efficient and user-friendly.

✅ Document data models, report logic, and business rules for transparency and future reference.

✅ Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.

✅ Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Technical Skills

🔹 Power BI expertise: Strong experience in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

🔹 SQL proficiency: Ability to write queries, optimize performance, and extract data efficiently.

🔹 ETL knowledge: Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load processes.

🔹 Data visualization best practices: Ability to design intuitive and insightful dashboards.

🔹 Excel skills: Experience with PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formulas is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Familiarity with hour registration, billing, and dossier management data.

🔹 Background in finance-related organizations is a plus.
