Full Stack Engineer with skills in React, Node.js/TypeScript and AWS is sought after by an innovative tech-for-good start-up based in Berlin. The Role Hands-on coding of our web application (frontend, backend, and infrastructure) Helping to adjust and expand their tech stack as needed Assisting with the improvement of their infrastructure, with a focus on database structure, data pipelines, and analytics Establishing engineering practices aligned with their operating model to attract top engineering talent in Europe What they are looking for Experience with the following tech stack: Backend: Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL Frontend: React and Next.js Infrastructure: AWS Experience in building full-stack web applications that are actively used Background in an early-stage VC-backed startup, preferably with a B2B business model Comfort with broad product requirements and participation in product conceptualization Ability to guide teams through technical troubleshooting and provide feedback beyond technical performance.
