Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to develop robust business logic and build microservices using Node.js and Python. The role involves integrating external data sources such as ERP APIs and Tax Reference APIs, as well as designing scalable and efficient RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database management, system integrations, and experience with cloud-based solutions.

Location: Remote from Poland

Rate 120 PLN per hour

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business logic for the platform, including Rule Engine and APIs.
• Integrate external data sources such as ERP APIs and Tax Reference APIs.
• Design and build scalable microservices using Node.js and Python.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
• Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity in BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth platform functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Node.js and Python.

Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and external system integrations.

Experience working with databases like BigQuery and Cloud SQL.

Ability to design and build scalable microservices architectures.

Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.
