Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Poland/European Union | Full-time Position | Remote

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our web applications and backend systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and handle complex architectural challenges in a high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack applications using Angular, Node.js, Nest.js
Build and maintain scalable microservices architecture
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-performance applications
Develop secure and well-documented RESTful APIs
Monitor and optimize application performance in high-traffic situations
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
Document technical processes and architectural designs

Profile / Requirements

7+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, Nest.js
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization
Proven experience with microservices architecture
Experience building and maintaining high-traffic applications
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or OVH
Knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT)
Familiarity with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch
Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
Docker and Kubernetes expertise
Background in mentoring and team leadership
