SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields,
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture and design
3. Strong experience in application design architectural concepts (OOP,DDD,TDD,MicroServices, SOA, Design Patterns, etc)
4. Strong development and delivery experience with C# and .Net Core framework,
5. Hands on experience in some of the following : docker, kubernetes, rancher, elastic stack, redis, rabbit mq, mssql, mongodb
6. Hands on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP),
7. An Agile mindset and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban Methodologies and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
8. Knowledge of Devops, IT infrastructure, networking and security
9. Preferable knowledge on architecture governance frameworks (TOGAF etc.)
10. Preferably familiar with the frontend technologies such as React, React Native, Angular etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Define and design high level architectural standards, technology stack and frameworks
2. Define, design and develope frameworks and libraries (e-mail, sms, workflow, security etc.) to standardize development process across development teams.
3. Define, design and develop reference applications and templates to standardize and accelerate software development process.
4. Maintain & give support to existing framework applications and shared software libraries.
5. R&D and pilot implementation activities for selection and adaption of new technologies.
6. Produce well-written specifications that document design decisions and outline the functional and non-functional requirements for an application
7. Review engineering deliverables to ensure compatibility with architecture design and architectural standards
8. Improve the efficiency of the entire software development life cycle (including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance) by defining standards
9. Participate in technical exchanges with internal customers and domain architects to; collect, sort out, and confirm requirements
10. Provide guidance to domain architects and other developers
11. Simplify complex ideas and communicate them with clear, logical thinking
