Work model: hybrid - 1-2x per week (Wrocław)

Project Scope:

The project uses data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development to solve complex business problems within a biotech / medtech company. The role involves handling large datasets, creating predictive models, and integrating solutions into scalable cloud-based ML pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms for business problems using various ML techniques.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders, gather requirements and suggest improvements.
• Converting data into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in ML, AI, MLOps, or data science projects.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, bioinformatics); PhD optional.
• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch/Keras/TensorFlow/OpenCV).
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks, model deployment formats, and cloud-based ML pipelines.
• Experience with agile software development, version control (Git), and project management tools (Azure DevOps).
