Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java (Kotlin on Ktor framework) and Vue.js.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement robust security measures and data protection practices.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software development and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
• Report on team performance and project progress to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in Java, with hands-on experience in Kotlin and Ktor framework.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Good knowledge with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
