The Team – your impact
This is your opportunity to become a member of our Digital Empowerment team within E.ON’s Digital Technology organization. Our role is to empower all employees of the E.ON Group to acquire critical digital skills.
Digital Empowerment provides comprehensive learning experiences in key digital technologies to empower employees to embrace digital change through a structured upskilling approach that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

Digital Empowerment provides comprehensive learning experiences in key digital technologies to empower employees to embrace digital change through a structured upskilling approach that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- You make us better - You develop and improve best in class digital upskilling experiences for delivery across the E.ON group
- You know your learners - In close collaboration with your colleagues you develop and deliver relevant, consumable, and highly engaging digital upskilling products in the areas of Data/AI, Automation and Personal Productivity for all employees at E.ON
- You take responsibility – You are committed to delivering the best possible product experiences within the agreed time frame and agreed quality standards
- Deliver fast - You get things done with your team, leveraging agile delivery methods, and steering the backlog successfully
- You know your topic - You have a solid understanding of corporate upskilling and learning design. And you know how to best engage and educate a highly diverse workforce, and you keep that knowledge current
- You are a master of collaboration and can connect with stakeholders effectively to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
- You have a degree in IT/Digital, Human Resources, Education, Business Management or a related discipline or other significant work experience
- You have several years of relevant project management experience within the area of learning experience design and ideally in a client-facing/commercial oriented environment
- Proven experience with product design and associated analytics to measure the effectiveness of your products and continuous improvement
- You are used to working in an agile setup. Managing & prioritizing backlog, working with Jira, writing user stories as well as coordination with development teams to ensure timely delivery
- Ability to work both independently and being part of a product team using effective communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- You understand learner needs and are able to translate them into product and learning experience requirements and solutions
- You are fluent in German and English
- Enjoy flexibility: You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly. It’s even possible to go on workation for up to 20 days per year within Europe.
