UIUX Designer

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all content assets are of the highest standard and representative of an approach that fits our brand
• Collaborate with Design Experience team and different stakeholders to create experiences that drive impact on engagement and customer experience
• Experience with A/B or multi-variant testing to understand how to drive effectiveness of experiences, and reduce confusion and leakage in journeys
• Communicate with the product team frequently to refine campaign or landing page highlights
• Evolve the Copy Guidelines based on learnings
• Use and analyse data to inform design solutions
• Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant digital UI/UX design/copy writing experience (preferably in financial services, CFDs, crypto trading, and financial markets.)
• Diploma/degree in Journalism, English, Digital Media and Communications or relevant professional work experience
• Experience in Copywriting, Content Strategy, Information Architecture
• Have good logical thinking, analysing, problem-solving skills and communication skills, familiar with user research
• Proficient in crafting UI/UX artifacts (e.g. User journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UI/UX and design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Proto.io, Adobe)
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating design thinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications
• Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing
• Excellent command of English and Chinese in order to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts
