Program Manager (Global Creative Projects)

Our client, a Multinational Technology Company, is seeking a #ProgramManager to join their global team to ensure the successful delivery of global programs that are creative and strategically relevant, working closely with the APAC leaders and team on global priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage creative projects and deliverables.

• Oversee the creative process from brief development to delivery, fostering collaboration and advocating for quality work.

• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables align with goals and have a measurable impact.

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.

• Develop timing plans to track progress.

• Monitor and allocate resources in partnership with Creative Leads.

• Coordinate internal and agency resources for flawless project execution.

• Perform risk management to minimize program risks throughout the year.

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years in project management (creative, agency, social media).

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Managed multi-region projects with localization needs.

• Familiar with stakeholders in different time zones.

• Experience with the China market is a plus.

• Understanding of the marketing funnel.

• Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Knowledge of creative project management processes.

• Strategic and creative problem solver.

• Managed large-scale programs with multiple deliverables.

• Open to 3 months contract period
