Title: Project Development Manager

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

Our client is a global MNC and has been having good growth in the Asia region. They are currently looking to hire and experienced Project Development Manager to lead the development of a greenfield construction development project in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to drive the full lifecycle of a new, purpose-built facility from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, feasibility studies, and design coordination.
• Manage the overall project timeline, budget, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance with local building codes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitor construction progress, resolving any challenges that arise.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and sustainability goals are met.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing sizeable greenfield construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction best practices.
• Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable design and green building standards is a plus.
