Position: Customer Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-technology, multi-vendor, and enterprise-level projects. The role involves ensuring timely and profitable delivery of contractual commitments while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, including requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, control, integration, and transition/closure.
- Provide strategic vision and align business objectives across projects.
- Ensure seamless integration and communication across multiple projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Manage project staffing, vendors, and procurement to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
- Oversee and report on project financials, including costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Implement scope and change management processes between stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales, and service teams.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and engage sales teams for pursuit.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices within the PM community.
Who You’ll Work With
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across various internal teams, including Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product Development. Additionally, you will engage with client-side stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing large and complex projects.
- PMI certification (PMP, PgMP) or formal project management training is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-vendor, and enterprise-level project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic direction.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
- ITIL or eTOM knowledge is a plus.
- Consulting experience with the ability to interface with C-level executives is highly desirable.
