- Focus on customer satisfaction by crafting infrastructure solutions that benefit both internal teams and end-users.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in container orchestration and cloud-native technologies and share key insights with the team.
- Take ownership of operational support for clusters, troubleshooting and responding to incidents as necessary, even outside regular working hours.
Skills & Experience:
- Deep, hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and management.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
- Experience with cluster networking, ingress configurations, and managing complex systems.
- Knowledge of service meshes (Istio preferred).
- Proficient problem-solver, capable of devising efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible, Helm, or similar.
- Experience with GitOps workflows, particularly Flux CD.
- Knowledge of logging and telemetry systems, such as Fluent.
- Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EKS, ELBs, and IAM.
- Strong understanding of distributed system architecture and troubleshooting.
If you're an experienced Kubernetes Administrator ready to drive meaningful change within a growing organization, we would love to hear from you!
