SAP UX Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP UX Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and ensuring an intuitive user experience for SAP-based systems, including SAP Fiori and other SAP user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP software architecture, UX design principles, and a user-centered design approach to create engaging and functional applications.

Requirements

Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for SAP Fiori applications.

Ensure the SAP user interfaces are consistent, scalable, and adhere to SAP Fiori design guidelines.

Customize and extend SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.

User Experience (UX) Strategy:

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to translate business requirements into visual and functional design solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts and project stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ensure alignment between user experience and business goals.

Collaboration with SAP Development Team:

Work closely with SAP developers and technical architects to implement UX/UI design changes.

Provide expertise on SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and other SAP systems to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI components.

Performance and Usability Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance and usability of SAP systems, making adjustments based on user feedback and analytics.

Identify areas of improvement in current SAP solutions and recommend changes to enhance user satisfaction.

Documentation and Best Practices:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for design systems, UX guidelines, and user interaction patterns.

Establish best practices and standards for SAP UX design within the organization.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of SAP applications.

Offer ongoing assistance to internal teams to resolve UX-related issues or questions.

Responsibilities

Proven experience as an SAP UX Specialist or a similar role at least 5 years, with strong expertise in SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.

In-depth knowledge of SAP user interface technologies, including Fiori, UI5, and other front-end technologies.

Experience with the SAP S/4HANA suite and related tools and modules.

Strong understanding of UX design principles, usability testing, and wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
