Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Developers to join our development team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment. You will work on various development projects, collaborating with senior developers to design, build, and maintain software applications.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Coding: Write clean, maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Debugging: Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Help create and maintain documentation for software features, APIs, and technical processes.
• Learning: Continuously learn and apply new programming languages, tools, and technologies relevant to the projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Experience in software development (internships or academic projects are a plus).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity: Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
