Responsibilities

Our client is looking to onboard a skilled Python developer keen is helping them expand the power of AI in the mobile coding ecosystem with the ultimate goal of creating new assisting AI-powered tools for the development domain. The company is developing the next generation of coding assisting agents, which will have a wide range of uses. For those who are keen to learn in a fast-paced setting, this is an exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Demonstrated ability to lead, ideally overseeing a group of software engineers
• In-depth knowledge of the C /C++ programming languages and the best practices for software development
• Desirable to have some experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies
• Identify and add to public GitHub repositories that need improvement in a proactive manner which can involve developing new features and reworking existing code, and it will have a major influence on projects with large codebases (50K+ lines of code). It will be good to have candidates who have used Github in the past.
• Train LLM models with high-quality, stable, and scalable back-end components using the newest coding best practices in a variety of languages and frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers, inspiring and setting an example for them
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities as well as the capacity for critical and strategic thought
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal
