Android Developer | Kotlin, Room, GraphQL, MVVM | Greenfield, up to £75k

We’re looking for a self-driven Android Engineer to develop and maintain a two brand new greenfield applications for an Entertainment business. We are looking for Engineers experienced working in a product driven environment who care and understand how their work impacts users.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain the Android application, ensuring high performance and quality.

. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.

. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs.

. Maintain clean, well-structured, and automated code.

Essential Skills & Experience:

. Commercial Android development experience.

. Expertise in Kotlin, MVVM, ViewModel, LiveData, and coroutines (Kotlin Flow).

. Proven ability to lead feature development from inception to launch.

. Strong testing experience (unit, integration, functional).

. Experience with Room (persistent storage).

Nice to Have:

. Web technologies & cross-platform experience.

. Blending native & WebView for enhanced app experiences.

. Payment provider integration, GraphQL, and accessibility experience.
