About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager as our first product hire to lead the development of our flexible, cross-border payment infrastructure. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling a secure, adaptable, and regulatory-compliant platform that seamlessly integrates SEPA, SWIFT, and stablecoin-based transfers.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and compliance, driving innovation in global payments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify opportunities, and anticipate competitive threats
• Product Development: Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create comprehensive product roadmaps
• Technical Expertise: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of our infrastructure
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with stablecoin infrastructure, including security, regulatory, and operational risks
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new infrastructure features and products
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback from customers and partners to improve product offerings and address their evolving needs
• Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators mertics to measure the success of our infrastructure layer and make data-driven decisions
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in financial technology or blockchain products, especially in fast-growing start-up environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products from concept to launch
• Experience with products involving payments and stablecoin technologies
• In-depth knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and distributed systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Advanced English proficiency
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Our Hiring Process

From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

• Introductory Call (30-45 minutes): A casual conversation about your background, motivations, and interest in Radilink
• Culture & Vision Call (Q&A) (30-45 minutes): A conversation with the co-founder to discuss Radilink's mission, values, and vision, learn more about your background, and see if there's a mutual fit
• Technical/Case Study Call (60 minutes): Collaborative problem-solving session that assesses a candidate's strategic thinking, product vision, and execution approach
• Final Interview (60 minutes): A strategic discussion to align on vision, culture, and goals.
