Product Designer

Salt have partnered with an innovative eCommerce platform to find them a collaborative, all-round Product Designer. They're in the midst of an ongoing digital transformation project, making this an exciting time to join the business.

This is an amazing opportunity to develop your Product Design skills at a fast-paced, product-led organisation. They have a fantastic Learning & Development program, and are looking for collaborative, driven designers to really make a difference.

You'll be attributed to a specific product area within the team, working alongside a Product Manager and Engineers to attract, retain, and convert customers. You'll be conducting User Research alongside the head of UXR, working on both UX and UI problems, and contributing to the maintenance of the design system.

So, what are they looking for?

• 2+ years' experience in Product Design, preferably B2C.
• Proven experience across both Web and Mobile.
• Experience contributing to and maintaining Design Systems.
• Knowledge of Agile workflows.
• Experience in a product-led organisation.
• Great Visual Design skills as well as a knowledge of Research and Data-informed design.
• Confidence, personality, and a desire to learn and take on feedback!

This is a full-time, Permanent, remote-first role, requiring you to be commutable to either London or Norwich.
