We at Coforge are hiring for a Performance Engineer with the below skillset -

• Proficient Knowledge on Tuning & Optimizations (JVM, Thread, DB).

• Test leader with proven experience in infrastructure design, configuration and non-functional testing practices such as performance, failover, disaster recovery, chaos and reliability.

• Responsible for reviewing and contributing to testable requirements.

• Experience in defining performance strategies.

• Responsible for driving non-functional test delivery, including planning, design, scripting and execution of all performance and reliability related test cases against quality objectives and managing 3 to 5 more junior team members.

• They will be able to provide analysis and summary of observations and recommendations.

• They will have basic knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools and exposure to cloud technologies.

• Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure/ GCP/ AWS) & Proficient on Cloud Optimization techniques.

• Experience in CI/ CD – DevOps.

• Experience in JMeter, Load Runner, Neoload.

• Experience in writing custom code in either JAVA or Python

• Experience is understanding and writing SQL query.

• Experience in APM – Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Insights.

• Hands-on experience in any APM Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, Azure Insights, AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus).

• Experience in scripting complex protocols – SAP, .NET, Java.

• Any Technical Certifications in Load Testing Tools (Load Runner) or APM tools.

• Experience with Service Virtualization tools – CA ITKO LISA, Mounte Bank.

• Experience in Network monitoring – Riverbed, Solarwinds. Commercial Skills & Formal

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer systems/ Software/Electronics engineering related qualification

• Thought leadership in performance testing & engineering.

• Basic understanding of Non-Functional Testing.

• Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions.

• Risk management skills.

• Stakeholder management skills.
