We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Expert to drive the development and implementation of our innovative blockchain solutions, playing a pivotal role in leveraging this technology for provenance tracking, sustainability verification, and seamless integration with our existing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage blockchain technology for provenance tracking and sustainability verification.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts to automate and secure transactions.
• Ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions into existing platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate their potential application.
• Optimize blockchain systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues.
• Document blockchain processes, architecture, and smart contracts.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on blockchain best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to blockchain.

Requirements:

• Minimum Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top 40 university (e.g., MIT, Stanford, ETH, Berkeley).
• Degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Blockchain Expert or similar role within a technology-driven company.
• Proven experience with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity) and smart contracts.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C++).
• Ability to solve complex technical problems related to blockchain implementation and integration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles.
• Familiarity with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain development frameworks is a plus.
