Key responsibilities/ Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with Agile Project delivery, Agile methodology and practices
• Demonstrated experience driving Agile Scrum ceremonies and experience with Jira
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing RAID items for large programs
• Ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing blockers, and mentoring less experienced team members
• Experience working with an onshore-offshore model in project delivery
• Facilitate project planning in detail aligning customer expectations, project scope and budget
• Monitor multiple projects, identify risks and issues in advance and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions ensuring performance as per project goals
• Ensure compliance to various project management and monitoring processes within organization and ensure compliance to project management principles, processes and standards
• Capable of owning and delivering Agile projects ensuring that they deliver the expected outcomes to business users
• Establish good rapport with client stakeholders, manage escalations and ensure project's adherence to Enterprise Agile Practices
• Develop and generate executive reports for Agile teams’ performance and work towards performance improvement along with Agile coaches
• Experience managing communication with technical and business stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system
• Experience in finance/superannuation industry will be a plus, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge is desirable
