Contract Type: Temp-to-perm (Deta-fixed)

Duration: first contract for 1 year + next direct Perm contract

Job Description

As a Product Manager in the government sector, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders and translate complex challenges into concrete solutions. Additionally, you have experience in a political environment and can handle the dynamics within government organizations.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct business analyses and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Manage stakeholders within a political-administrative context.
• Develop strategic product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle.
• Provide advice on process optimization and innovation implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project completion.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in business analysis within a governmental context.
• Affinity with and knowledge of political-administrative processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work at the office at least two days a week.
