We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing team in Belgium, to work in the Public Sector.

You will supervise the development and maintenance of the Client website design guide, design and supervise within the service the graphic proposals of pages, sites, or applications in line with the current graphic and functional principles as well as the graphic proposals of interfaces for the contribution tools developed within the Unit.

Mission:

• Define the recommendations and methods to be followed for the implementation of information systems and the principles of web ergonomics;
• Define the rules and principles to be implemented in terms of interaction design (UX design), justify and document them;
• Contribute to the definition of on-line communication strategies;
• Analyze the needs of editorial units, with regard to the presentation of information (structure of websites, navigation) and contribution systems (content management system);
• Write functional documentation for the publishing and content contribution system.
• Provide assistance to technical teams in the development, quality verification, deployment and configuration phases of systems;
• Assist in the drafting of user manuals;
• Apply quality control rules.

Your profile:

• Bac+3 in IT is mandatory. Proven experience of minimum 8 years.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the internet, important knowledge of good practices in terms of page and website design
• Excellent knowledge of interaction design (UX design);
• Good knowledge of page/website prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Invision, Sketch, Axure)
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Written and spoken English
