🏢 Remote policy: 2 days on site & 3 days homeworking

💼 Contract: Full-time, Portfolio Required (because we love to see your magic!)

🎯 Your Mission:

As an experienced Medior UX Designer, your superpower is transforming complex problems into delightful, user-friendly experiences. You'll be the mastermind behind intuitive interfaces and play a key role in shaping the future of our applications.

Here’s what your adventure will look like:

• 🕵️ Know the Users: Dive into user research, understand their needs, and uncover insights that make our apps shine.
• 💡 Design & Prototype: Sketch, wireframe, and prototype like a pro—from low-fidelity to pixel-perfect, with a mobile-first mindset.
• 🤝 Collaborate Like a Champ: Work closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs aren’t just beautiful but functional.
• 🎯 Focus on Accessibility: Ensure every user feels included, following WCAG 2.1 standards because accessibility isn’t optional—it’s essential.
• 🎨 Own the Styleguide: Set the tone with a killer design system that keeps everything cohesive.
• 🚀 Service Design: Think beyond screens—help design user-centric services that make a real difference.
• 💬 Keep the Conversation Flowing: Regularly sync with clients and teams to keep projects on track and vibes positive.

🛠️ Your Toolkit (A.K.A. Your Weapons):

• Figma – You’re basically a wizard here. 🧙‍♂️
• Adobe XD – Confirmed skills? Check.
• Axure & Conceptboard.
• Mentimeter – For making presentations less boring.
• WCAG 2.1 – Accessibility is in your design DNA.

🌍 Languages You’ll Use (Besides Design):

• French – Native.
• Dutch – Active knowledge is key.
• English – You can hold a solid conversation.
