Job Title: ISO 21434 Compliance Specialist – Automotive Industry

We are a leading company in the automotive sector, focused on advancing cybersecurity and compliance within our projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled ISO 21434 Compliance Specialist to assist with the implementation and full compliance of the ISO 21434 standard.

Job Overview:

As an ISO 21434 Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in setting up, documenting, and auditing processes related to cybersecurity in the automotive development process. You will work closely with the R&D team to ensure the company adheres to ISO 21434 standards, focusing on risk management, process documentation, and cybersecurity measures for automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of ISO 21434 within the organization, ensuring all processes comply with the standard.
• Create and manage documentation of cybersecurity processes, including templates for various automotive development stages.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure continuous compliance with ISO 21434.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to align development processes with industry cybersecurity standards.
• Utilize DMS (Document Management Systems) and Stages for documenting, creating, and saving organizational processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members regarding ISO 21434 compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the automotive development process, with a strong background in automotive R&D.
• Expertise in ISO 21434 implementation and conducting audits within the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and Stages for process documentation and management.
• Ability to manage and structure complex documentation for automotive cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards in the automotive sector.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.

Location and Work Environment:

• Primary Location: Limburg Region, Belgium (with the option of working from home 2-3 days per week).
• Full Remote: Considered after exhausting local options.
