We’re looking for a Product development specialist who is passionate about innovation, thrives on collaboration, and is eager to play a key role in creating top-quality workwear and PPE.


Your mission:


  • Order and negotiate with suppliers for sampling and prototyping.
  • Conduct in-house, PDP, and local testing with proper documentation.
  • Manage testers' hub and ensure smooth product testing processes.
  • Coordinate prototyping with local or supplier-based teams.
  • Perform technical research to support product innovation.
  • Review and analyze design briefs for technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the RD team on designer tech packs and golden sample reviews.
  • Create and maintain technical files and product guides.
  • Develop checklists for inspections and ensure quality standards.
  • Communicate with the Supply Chain team for supplier search and negotiations.
  • Track and analyze competitor samples for product benchmarking.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies for next-gen product opportunities.
  • Update product files with accurate data and insights.


To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • Proven experience in product development or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed research and testing.
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Effective communication skills in English to liaise with suppliers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and supplier negotiation.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the product development space.
