We are looking for a Junior Web & Visual Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in assisting with web development and ensuring visually compelling across digital and print media.

What will I be doing?

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Assist in building and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Use Figma to create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across websites with correct logos, colors, and typography.
  • Understand and apply UI/UX principles to digital products.
  • Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and optimizations.
  • Update website content based on marketing strategies.
  • Integrate tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams.
  • Provide creative input for marketing campaigns and digital strategies.

What skills do I need?

  • 2-3 years of experience in web & graphic development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Desirable Skills

  • Video & photo editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Experience in CMS platforms.
