We are looking for a temporary (parental leave substitute) HR-Administration Specialist.
About The Role
In your daily work as an HR Administration Specialist:
You will collaborate with HR managers in employment and system matters and be part of the Nordic payroll services unit. You don’t have to succeed alone, as you will be supported by a Nordic team and a colleague working at the same location. Your manager is based in Sweden.

- You will be responsible for maintaining and reporting HR system data (Workday, Tuntilehti, Esmikko)
- You will act as a contact person for our outsourced payroll administration
- You will manage and develop internal communication within the Nokia mill

Who you are
We expect you to have:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in similar HR tasks and payroll administration
- An applicable educational background, an independent and proactive approach to work, and a positive attitude even during busy times
- Knowledge of collective agreements is a big plus
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
