Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution-
Lead multi-year IT programs involving Oracle ERP (EBS, PS), CRM (Salesforce), e-commerce (SAP Hybris), and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Oracle SOA Suite).
Oversee application, data, integration, infrastructure, and process workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder & Change Management-
Collaborate with C-level executives, IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Lead organizational change management, user adoption, and training efforts for new systems and processes.
Technology & Solution Implementation-
Manage implementation and integration of Oracle EBS, Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, and Power BI.
Oversee Salesforce CRM enhancements for customer and consumer business areas.
Ensure seamless deployment of ERP, data migration, and process automation solutions.
Risk, Governance & Compliance-
Establish governance models, ITIL-based service management, and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Team & Vendor Management-
Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams in IT and business transformation programs.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for Oracle, Salesforce, and integration solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Certifications-
Master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations, IT, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (Preferred).
ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management.
Technical Expertise-
Strong experience with Oracle ERP (EBS, PS), Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, Power BI, Azure, Salesforce, SAP Hybris.
Knowledge of IT service management, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and data systems.
Project & Program Management-
10+ years in IT, with expertise in project coordination, IT management, and program delivery.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT transformation programs.
Expertise in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies.
Soft Skills-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and IT functions.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and facilitation skills in complex program environments.
Adaptability to multicultural teams and global business processes.
