About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead strategic HR technology initiatives, with a focus on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and broader HR Tech solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Munich, offering a mix of remote and on-site work.

You will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of HR technology implementations or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project/program management for HR Tech and ATS solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations to enhance recruitment and HR operations.
• Manage risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in HR Tech and ATS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
• Prince2 or PMP certification is a must.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in AUG contract roles or temporary employment setups is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.
