Data Analyst Intern (m/w/d)

About The Role

Perform strategic data analyses with direct impact to decision making of leadership team
Help building data pipelines and data models
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports that are effective in helping stakeholders monitor key performance indicators and easily make decisions
Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc data questions and requests

Required

About you

Currently enrolled in a STEM degree, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with one or more scripting languages, e.g. Python or JavaScript
Good knowledge of SQL and initial experience with visualization/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
Gained first experience in data analytics
Excellent problem solving skills and always work in a solution-oriented and detailed manner
Curious and self-driven approach, as well as the ability to extract clear objectives and requirements from broad challenges or questions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
Fluent in German

Nice to have / big plus

Data warehousing experience with dbt
Experience with cloud services, e.g. GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of ETL (/ELT) processes
Experience working with ambiguity in a scale-up (or scale-up-like) environment
