🔹 10+ years of technology leadership experience in software development.

🔹 Strong background in cloud computing (AWS) and distributed platforms.

🔹 Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Angular, and messaging technologies (Kafka).

🔹 Experience in agile leadership, coaching, and developing teams.

🔹 A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.
