Albany Beck is a dynamic consulting firm specialising in financial services, partnering with top-tier investment banks and financial institutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a large-scale programme with one of our most prestigious Investment Banking clients.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in regulatory and operational transformation projects within fund administration. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, analyse regulatory requirements, and drive effective change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop business process maps and workflows to support operational improvements.
• Utilise JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools to track progress.
• Work closely with fund administration teams to optimise processes.
• Support regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with Solvency II, AIFMD, and other frameworks.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide clear reporting on project progress.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within fund administration or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of regulatory projects, ideally with Solvency II or AIFMD exposure.
• Ability to define and document business processes using industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other workflow tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
