Project Manager

Support and Service Team in Riga is seeking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Managment Specialist to lead the process of project development, coordinate product delivery, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, a technical understanding of web development, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the process of project development from inception to delivery.
• Coordination: Coordinate product delivery activities across internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines.
• Client and Partner Communication: Communicate with partners and external teams on project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Constantly monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues early to keep projects on track.
• Change Management: Implement and manage project changes and versions to meet project goals and outputs.
• Documentation: Prepare guides, procedures, and how-to documents for both internal and external use when necessary.
• Estimation: Participate in the estimation process, calculating the man-hours required for project tasks or change requests.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality management throughout the project, monitoring the final product to ensure it meets the required standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar position (Project Management or IT Account Management).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of network routing, web apps, and technical concepts.
• Tools & Frameworks: Experience with tools like Jira, Kanban, and Figma; understanding of HTML and dev tools.
• Project Experience: Experience in managing full-stack or web development projects.
• Client-Focused: Strong client and results orientation, ensuring successful project delivery and satisfaction.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly relay project progress and requirements to various stakeholders.
• Action-Oriented: Ability to “get stuff done,” ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Team Player: Collaborative and positive attitude with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
