This is a pivotal strategic role in our company. As a Data Analyst, you will build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources, including CRM systems, payment processing gateways, and paid media channels.

You'll leverage this data to create insightful business intelligence dashboards in Looker that drive key decisions across the organization.

This is not a role for someone who wants to be micromanaged. You’ll have full autonomy in your work, the opportunity to shape our data infrastructure, and the chance to grow with the team as we scale.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, payment gateways, marketing platforms, etc.).
• Work extensively with BigQuery, AirByte, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
• Build and manage Looker dashboards, turning raw data into actionable insights for business teams.
• Support marketing and operations by integrating data from CRM systems, email marketing tools, and GA4 for performance tracking and optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the company.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements within the data infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  

• Expertise in BigQuery, SQL, and working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with AirByte and building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker preferred) to create impactful reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and GA4 is a huge advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without micromanagement.
• A strategic mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and aligning data initiatives with business goals.
