We are working in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and international environment, with a high degree of cross-functional and cross-product collaboration and are looking for a Product Manager who enjoys changes, challenges, learning every day, and likes working on back-end solutions
We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:
- Fully own and manage Development Team’s backlog, and prioritize items there to best achieve short and long-term Product goals
- Ensure that Product Backlog is transparent, and clear to stakeholders, and show what Development Team will be working on next
- Identify dependencies with other Product Teams, and coordinate needed changes with fellow Product Managers
- Manage Product Development cycle starting when scopes are handed over by Product Directors, continuing with requirement analysis, definition and refinement of Epics and User Stories, verifying against acceptance criteria, preparing user documentation, and communicating product releases
- Plan Business Milestones according to Company priorities
- Optimize the value of the work performed by Development Teams, and strive to maximize from business value perspective on both Commercial and Technical projects
- Act as a subject matter expert of your Product domain
- A proven track record of working in Product Management for at least 2+ years
- Experience in managing back-end products
- A passion for the Product Management discipline and the ability to demonstrate a strong knowledge of its methodologies, techniques, and best practices
- Experience working with dispersed and cross-functional teams
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- A “can-do” attitude and a passion for making things happen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English

- Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
