Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Acquisition Manager
Acquisition Manager will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy, embracing a "think global, act local" mindset to create impactful connections with customers. You’ll focus on unlocking demand, converting it into meaningful growth through tailored offers, and identifying the right channels to deliver maximum impact. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the full customer journey—from discovery to conversion—is seamless and value-driven. By collaborating with dynamic teams across Brand, Retention, Sales, and Product, you’ll deliver transformative results that drive growth and inspire loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development and Execution:
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that align with global objectives and regional market needs.
Collaborate with distributors through Joint Marketing Plans (JMP) to execute tailored acquisition initiatives.
Differentiate strategies to support market share growth or maintenance, depending on business objectives.
- Channel Management:
Take ownership of digital marketing channels, optimizing performance across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Foster partnerships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and affiliates to amplify brand awareness and acquire new customers.
Explore and manage opportunities to engage with customer communities, including forums, closed groups, and other digital spaces.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with the Brand Manager and Retention Manager to ensure cohesive messaging and aligned goals across campaigns.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to develop strategies that meet customer acquisition and business growth targets.
Lead efforts to set up tracking systems and marketing funnels to monitor and improve lead generation and conversion.
- Performance and Analytics:
Track, analyze, and optimize acquisition metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
Continuously test and refine campaigns, exploring new opportunities to scale and improve customer acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in acquisition, digital marketing and growth-focused roles.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and content strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and external stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive impactful strategies.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian, English.
