Marketing and Communications Manager

You will be part of the Baltic M&C team, providing integrated marketing and communications expert support for Nasdaq Baltic. You will work very closely with the business teams and will lead marketing, corporate communication, social media and other M&C activities for Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange, Nasdaq CSD and Nasdaq Vilnius Services.

Nasdaq Baltic is a regional securities market that includes the stock exchanges of Nasdaq Vilnius, Nasdaq Tallinn, and Nasdaq Riga, as well as Nasdaq CSD, the central securities depository, altogether providing critical capital market infrastructure throughout the entire value chain - listing, trading and settlement, and safe custody of securities.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and carry out communication activities to raise awareness of Nasdaq’s brand and value propositions
• Design, develop and implement marketing programs to promote the organization's products and services in collaboration with account management teams
• Provide crisis communication support
• Create content in Lithuanian and English, incl. press releases, features, blogs, social media posts, presentations, speeches
• Copyright and upload content for the website and other digital channels
• Own media relations, build and maintain external partnerships
• Provide communication support to the business leaders
• Organize publicity-related events and campaigns
  
  

Who We Are Looking For:

• Focused on achieving results, great teammate who loves to create, collaborate and get things done
• Higher education in Social Sciences (Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing) or Business
• Preferred 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of communications, marketing, or media
• Fluent English and Lithuanian in spoken and written communication
• Great interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with complex situations
• Understanding of the financial industry and/or interest in capital markets and investment will be considered as an advantage
• Computer skills at an advanced user level (MS Office, content management systems, social networks)

• Monthly base salary from 3400 EUR to 3800 EUR gross. The final salary is subject to negotiation and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
