Our team comprises over 500 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are in search of a talented Operations Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team for the YouTube channel Zoom GO. We specialize in creating fun and easily understandable content for young viewers worldwide, focusing on "American" culture. What You Will Do

• Process & Workflow Management: Streamline and optimize the workflow across all stages of video production, from script creation to post-production, ensuring the final output meets performance goals and deadlines.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Support the Creative Director and production teams by ensuring that all necessary processes, resources, and workflows are in place to efficiently execute the creative vision and deliver high-quality results.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor video performance and collaborate with the creative team to optimize content based on data-driven insights.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process, and take initiative to implement solutions that improve the overall workflow.
• Team Development & Resource Management: Assist in identifying skill gaps within the team, suggesting training or team reorganization as needed, and ensuring the team is equipped to perform at its best.
• Strategic Support: Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that the creative vision is achieved efficiently, balancing creativity with practical execution.
  
  

What We Expect

• Experience: Proven experience in project management or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of digital media and content production processes is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to understand performance metrics and apply insights to optimize processes and content creation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and creating effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between creative and operational teams.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn about YouTube performance dynamics and quickly adapt to the needs of a fast-paced production environment.
