Your mission: As a UX designer trainee at PwC Luxembourg, your mission is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance user-centric digital solutions. In addition to participating in the entire design process, you'll play a key role in supporting user research. This includes gathering user requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and analyzing the data to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences. Your findings will inform the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, receiving mentorship from experienced designers and contributing to impactful projects.

  • Support user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.
  • Assist for usability testing to identify areas for improvement in design.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

  • Are creative: Develop innovative designs.
  • Have some skills in wireframing and prototyping: Use Figma
  • Practice User Research: Gain insights through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Have interest in UI Design: Create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
  • Have skills with Front-End Development: Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
