Your Role as a Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies by analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights. Additionally, you will help optimize internal processes and enhance platform efficiency through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Optimization: Design and maintain scalable database structures for analytics and insights.
• ETL Processes: Develop and manage ETL pipelines to integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio to support business decision-making.
• User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user engagement, cohort behaviors, and platform performance to improve the user experience.
• Payment Data Analysis: Work with payment gateway data (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to monitor subscription trends and revenue performance.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, finance, and product, to meet data needs.
• Compliance: Ensure data handling aligns with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, or Fivetran.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or API integrations.
• Understanding of career platforms and job seeker behavior analytics.
