Scrum master

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:  

∙Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead  

∙Scrum Master certified  

∙Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)  

∙Agile Estimating & Planning  

∙Scrum ceremonies and artifacts 

∙Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: 

.Automated Testing techniques 

.Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment 

.Test Driven Development 

∙Metrics: 

.Velocity vs Productivity 

∙Tools: Jira/Confluence 

∙Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product 

planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that 

maximizes the delivery of value 

∙Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people 

related 

∙Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to 

be at their best 

∙Experience in development (valued) 

∙Great communication, analysis and listening skills  

∙Software Craftsmanship’s 

∙English proficiency should be at least C1 level
