✍️WHAT YOU WILL DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Project Management + Strong Communication Skills with an inclination and experience to drive transformation.
• Identifying Transformation Opportunities with proven track record.
• Banking Domain Knowledge with Transformation approach.
• Proficiency in tactical and structural problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

💻 WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) YOU WILL USE?

• Lean Tools like Pareto analysis, Fish-bone, Why-WHY analysis etc.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Any Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt and Black Belt) Certification will be added advantage.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role
• English + Portuguese
• Good Stakeholder Management skills.
