Greetings ! We are Hiring IT Anti-Financial Crime and Transaction Monitoring BA with mandatory core banking platform experience

Salary on offer 130K CHF to 150K CHF per annum

Responsibilities

- Understand data requirements from a content perspective and drive data discovery, sourcing and analytics to support the creation of data flows and models in Oracle (and equivalent services on GCP)

- Collaborate with from "Data Consumers" in Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance to translate their data needs for transaction monitoring / filtering and similar requirements along typical products held by our Wealth Management clients as well as associated transactions and data attributes (e.g., Shares, Bonds, Funds, Loans, Deposits, FX, Derivatives), client / account static data, etc.

- Research in sources such as our Core Banking Platform, across Wealth Management banking data categories such as banking & investment products, transactions, performance, KYC

- Perform data mapping from a high level down to detailed attribute components in the database using SQL queries to retrieve data and provide input to developers

- Work with Business and IT stakeholders to generate data flow diagrams and take ownership end to end to propagate data from source systems up to consuming systems

- Collaborate with other analysts, developers and business subject matter experts across multiple locations to ensure a globally aligned solution where possible

- Support and co-ordinate UAT, defining testing requirements together with the data consumers / users

- Establish data quality measures and controls

- Solid and proven Banking knowledge to understand the nature of the data to be delivered from a business point of view

- Avaloq or other core banking systems functional knowledge

- Good Oracle knowledge (SQL, PLSQL) and ability to navigate in databases and build complex queries (no need to do development but to be able to understand code)

- Experience in Financial Crime (AFC), Transaction Monitoring and similar areas
