Job role and purpose:

We at 3stepIT are committed to delivering the world’s best IT lifecycle management solution to our clients. This solution covers everything from acquiring and managing IT to refreshing and re-using. To stay ahead, we need a world-class Product Manager to join our team.

As a Product Manager, you will manage one or more products within our lifecycle management service portfolio, driving their strategic development and execution to meet customer needs, fuel business growth, and maintain a competitive market edge. You will take full ownership of their development, positioning, and commercial success.

By defining a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer demands, and market trends, you will lead the enhancement of existing products and guide new ones to market. Working closely with developers, designers, and engineers, you’ll ensure seamless product delivery. When it’s time to launch new products, you’ll plan and execute release strategies, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new features, and train sales teams to successfully sell these innovations.

In this role you would ideally have/be:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent training in IT, business, financing or sales related field
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in working in an IT services organization
• Demonstrated history of translating business goals into actionable product roadmaps and features
• Prior experience in developing frameworks and tools for commercial success of new products as well as for monitoring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other Nordic language to articulate ideas, present plans, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, customers, executives, and development teams to align priorities and expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions under uncertainty
• Proficiency in negotiation to manage trade-offs, resolve conflicts, and advocate for product priorities
• Strong project management skills to oversee product development cycles, timelines, and deliverables
• Ability to create trust in organization and the ability to lead peers and align interests
