As a Backend Developer at Kompanion, your mission is to optimize software performance, resolve bugs, and implement new features. You'll create high-performance applications, engage in code reviews, and stay updated on emerging tech.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Discover and fix programming bugs
• Implement new backend requirements
• Design and implement performant applications with low-latency, high-availability under high traffic conditions
• Participating and conducting code reviews
• Discovering, learning, and implementing new technologies

✨ What You Should Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience especially with .Net Core technologies
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience with Mysql especially with stored procedures, indexes, views etc.
• Experience with cache technologies like Redis, MemCache, etc.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Couchbase etc.
• Experience with developing secure, fast RESTful APIs
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Proficiency in Git
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies
