CTO & Co-Founder Opportunity (AI/NLP Expert)
Are you a visionary in AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with leadership experience and a passion for innovation? We’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team as a Co-Founder and play a pivotal role in building and scaling a transformative AI startup.

The Role
As CTO, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/NLP systems while shaping the company’s technology roadmap. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you’ll collaborate with other co-founders to create and execute a strategy that scales.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead the development of innovative AI/NLP products and solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.
• Oversee the entire tech stack, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Collaborate with co-founders on fundraising efforts and investor pitches.
• Drive partnerships with key stakeholders to advance the company’s technical capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in AI/NLP and leading technical teams.
• Expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or spaCy.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or R) and experience with scalable architectures.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/NLP models in production environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships is a plus.
• Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
