Information Technology Support Engineer

We are looking for a freelancer candidate to do IT support at our customer in Riga, Latvia

This is a freelance position, and to be paid in EUR per ticket / hours worked.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the customers' desktop or laptop computer, and also resolve our customers' technical issues.

This is onsite work (not remote) and will need to be done during working hours at the customer premises near Riga, Latvia.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer environment and run tests
• Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
• Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware as well as basic network troubleshooting.

Must have:

• Local nationality or authorization to work in Latvia
• 3+ years' of technical support experience
• Must live in or close to Riga
• Customer service oriented
• Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
