Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join our Platform Engineering & Technology Support (PETS) - Web team. Our team builds and maintains the infrastructure for the entire Shop, which is critical from the customer's perspective. This infrastructure provides security, authentication offloading, reliability, and stability for our customers and the Shop platform. We are involved in several key projects:

  • Shop-Wall (AWS Waf + CDN) - Serves all pages and other resources to our customers eventually and is a security bridge between customers and internal services
  • ALB/MRT - Authentication offloading of the customers
  • Shop-Router - Proxy server for Shop

Our technical stack

What you will use on a daily basis:

  • AWS services - VPC, WAF, ALB, CloudFront, Lambda, Lambda@Edge, S3, and more...
  • Infrastructure as a code - Terraform (AWS)
  • Containers - Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Helm
  • CI/CD - Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube
  • Programming language - JavaScript, TypeScript, Python

Things you can also get in touch with:

  • Monitoring Platforms: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
  • SSO: Keycloak
  • Other programming languages - JVM (Java/Kotlin), React

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge in DevOps (including AWS and Terraform)
  • Solid knowledge of Computer Networks
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol
  • High-quality communication and collaboration skills
  • Support operations of critical services
  • Encourage best practices
  • Communicative level of English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, Python
